I need to vent

For the past couple of weeks, Phuqradio has been growing, not at a fast rate, but its growing and the name is slowly starting to build fame, locally and in the industry. However, as we grow, Me and Dot Com noticed certain thing about people we never noticed before. The funny thing about PhuQRadio is that this is a hobby, We are not doing this as a business just yet, if we ever. We’re just doing it for the fuck of it. Now its ok for people to try to attach themselves to something to build fame or close deals, however it is not ok when they do it unprofessionally and they do it behind the backs of the people who are actually in charge of whatever it is they are trying to attach themselves to. Now I don’t understand what some of my listeners take this thing for, but I’m not stupid and even though this is not an established business, I treat it as if it is. and in business, there certain guidelines that you have to follow to be successful in whatever your doing. I believe in Principals. You have to respect people and what they stand for, and if you want to work with them, you do it professionally. EVEN IF IT IS ALREADY AN ESTABLISHED FRIEND. because business have destroyed a lot of friendships (i.e G-unit, Jay-z and Jaz-O) . What I am learning is with some people, you can’t mix business with friendship. When you do business with friends, its seems that they try to take advantage of you, sometimes it may seem that they take you for a fool. So, what I realized in the past couple of weeks is that PhuQradio is losing focus, We’ve lost the very same code of ethics that built PhuQRadio in the first place. So from now on, We will go back to the basics. And we will continue to build our fan based the very same way we did from day one, and that is not giving a fuck. Now, I’m not saying that I don’t want to work with certain people, but if you want us to play you music, make sure you understand what kind of shit we play, and if you want to work with us, make sure you understand what we stand for, and most importantly make sure you respect us. If you can’t take the time to really understand what PhuQRadio is about, then you shouldn’t find the time to e-mail us your bullshit. And if you have an idea, dont just run to one of us and give your idea without taking it up with the other person. because the shit aint gonna work……. Fuck this, If anybody wants Phuqradio to work with you, don’t just run to Dotcom with some shit and not talk to Simon D. Cause right now I’m supposed to be working with some people, and the person they got representing them is doing some real shady shit and its pissing me off more and more. Now, I am not holding the organization that he is representing, accountable for his actions. But, i am really starting to not want to work with these people because of this guy. The sad thing about it is this guy is my friend. And if this keeps up, I am going to lose a friend, Now, it would be nice to work with them but I can care less if I don’t work with the organization. I started PhuQRadio with Dot Com and I will end it with Dot com, no matter how successful we are. This is just starting to grow personal and its is pissing me off. Thats it.
