your vote counts because the area with a substantial amounts of votes are cared for by the government!! Money goes to high vote area’s because….well, they want your vote during election time, duh!!
The government sends money for:
Schools
Jobs
Housing
Environment
Law enforcment
etc…..
area’s with low vote counts get:
shit
nothing
poverty
high crime rates
high drop out rates
etc
and it ain’t about race either
If the Bronx was populated by 2500 blacks, and 2000 of them vote
and Queens was populated by 5800 whites, and only 500 of them vote
